Outdoor fitness classes

Exercise outdoors with Energise & Exercise at Manly's North Head.

Fitness classes are run by an Exercise Physiologist and include a combination of strength and aerobic fitness training, suitable for all levels of fitness.


Class times:

  • Monday 6.30 and 7.15 am

  • Wednesday 6.30 and 7.15 am

  • Friday 7.15 am


​To book in for a class, please use the form below. We keep classes small with up to 12 people per class so bookings are essential.
