Online dietary analysis

Do you know how much you are really eating? Is it enough energy? Protein? Are you meeting the recommended dietary intakes for your age and level of activity? 

A complete dietary analysis helps you to answer those questions and more. Nutrition software is used to analyse your diet over a 7 day period (after you complete a food and exercise diary). You'll get a breakdown of all nutrients and see how you fare compared to recommendations.

What do you get? 

  • Estimated basal metabolic rate (BMR)

  • Estimated energy requirements based on your current physical activity level

  • Macronutrient profile (energy, carbohydrate, protein and fat intake)

  • Micronutrient profile (vitamins and minerals such as iron, folate, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium)

  • Nutrients 'at risk' are identified and suggestions for improvement 

  • Written report with a summary of the findings and recommendations

A 30 minute consultation is included to go through your findings and to answer any questions you may have.
